BDO Luxembourg uses online recruitment tools and a recruitment form as part of its recruitment process to publish job advertisements and to receive job applications.

You give your consent to BDO Luxembourg by providing BDO Luxembourg with your Personal Data either by continuing the use of the online tool or by other means. These personal data are required to manage your job application in order to compile a shortlist for an interview and possible recruitment. They are used only for the purpose of the selection of candidates in the context of recruitment at BDO Luxembourg. Please note that the absence of your Personal Data might prevent us fully or partially from taking you into account in the Recruitment.

Besides the utilization of our recruitment form online and depending on the Recruitment, we may also collect your Personal Data from you interactively (e.g. in a phone call, job interviews, events and/or from the cookies used on this website, online information, social media…) or by third parties designated by you (you are responsible for ensuring that you have attained all such third party consents possibly required for providing us with the information), our own employees and/or other persons providing services for us.

Sensitive information is not required or collected through the Website except where legally required as part of the recruitment process. Sensitive information includes data relating to race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or similar beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual life or criminal matters. Where you do provide sensitive personal information as part of the recruitment process, your submission of such information will be deemed to constitute explicit consent to BDO's use of that information in connection with the purpose for which it has been provided.

Your personal data is processed by BDO Luxembourg Recruitment team and can only be accessed by members of HR services.

Although we may give access to the personal information to an IT service provider that handle information, under a data processor agreement, on our behalf, we do not share, sell or distribute personal data to or with third parties unless the transfer of your data to third parties is necessary for the performance of the purpose for which it was provided and after being informed.

In the context of recruitment processes for our clients and with your approval, we may also provide them with your personal information.

Personal information may also be disclosed to law enforcement, regulatory, or other government agencies, or to other third parties, in each case to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or requests.

By providing information through this Website, you are consenting to the disclosures described above, except where your consent is explicitly required.



Information is only kept for the period required for fulfilling your request and for a maximum of 2 years if you did not renew your application.

Employee Candidate Data will not be used for direct marketing or for any other purpose than those described above in this Statement and in the Description.

Please note, that you may withdraw your consent for processing your Personal Data by sending an email to [email protected]. In that case BDO Luxembourg shall delete your Personal Data immediately.
