Right to Disconnect
The law of 28 June 2023 amending the Labour Code has regulated the use of digital tools for professional purposes and has introduced, in Articles L.312-9 and L.312-10, a new obligation for employers relating to the right to disconnect.
Employers have until 4 July 2026 to define a specific regime to ensure that this right is respected.
