BDO Luxembourg announces 3 New Partners

As part of its continuous growth strategy and commitment to delivering quality services, BDO Luxembourg is delighted to announce the promotion of two new partners effective 1st October 2025, as well as a new partner who has recently joined the firm.
 

Naoual Belbachir-Martin – Partner, Accounting, Corporate & Fund Services
Naoual has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. She started her career in an accounting firm and joined BDO in 2018 after spending several years in the Tax & Accounting department of a Big 4 firm. Naoual serves clients active in Real Estate and Private Equity as well as other types of Alternative Investments structures and Sovereign Funds. She is member of the OEC (Ordre des Experts-Comptables) in Luxembourg.
 

Hussein Hmami – Partner, Audit & Assurance
Hussein has 15 years of experience in the audit of Commercial, Industrial, Service companies, as well as Public Sector entities. He started his career in a Big 4 firm in 2010 and joined BDO in 2023. He is member of the OEC and of the IRE (Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprises).
 

Monika Wirtz-Bach – Partner, Audit & Assurance
Monika joins BDO in October 2025 after spending over 20 years in a Big 4 firm in Luxembourg. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in providing audit and assurance services. She has extensive expertise in audit and assurance services, working across a wide range of asset classes within Alternative Investment funds as well as UCITS. She is member of the IRE (Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprises). These nominations reflect BDO Luxembourg’s commitment to strengthening its expertise and reinforcing its leadership in serving clients across multiple industries and sectors.
