In this context, BDO Services Luxembourg has undertaken to fully anonymise all surveys carried out. In this survey, there is no mandatory collection of personal data. Sharing your personal data with us is based on your goodwill and is relevant if you wish to be contacted by our teams following the survey completion. In this case, the sole personal data collected in the context of the survey would be the survey participant’s first name and surname.

BDO Services Luxembourg acts as Data Controller when you decide to provide your personal information, and in this context, BDO Services Luxembourg informs you of this processing:

  • Personal data is kept for a period of 1 year and will be deleted when the survey outcome is known. The aim pursued by BDO Services Luxembourg is to provide an outstanding view of the manCo’s distribution world and to guide our clients’ in assessing the markets from the demand and supply perspective and better define their distribution strategy.
  • The legal basis on which the processing carried out by BDO  Services Luxembourg is based is the consent of the participants. 
  • The recipients of your personal data are the MarCom department and Fund Distribution & AM Regulatory Consulting team.
  • Your personal data are hosted exclusively in Luxembourg and are not subject to any transfer outside Luxembourg.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, you have a right of access to your data, as well as a right of rectification and deletion, rights which you can exercise by contacting the Data Protection Officer at the following address: dpo@bdo.lu. The Data Protection Officer has been appointed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can also consult the DPO for any other question relating to the processing of your personal data.
