BDO in Luxembourg is committed to an environment where open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. This reporting is part of BDO’s promotion of quality and speak up culture.

The digital platform allows anyone (employees and collaborators, suppliers, clients and any other person who has had or intends to have business relations with BDO in Luxembourg) to report - by means of a secure on-line guided path – complaints or any hypotheses of unlawful conduct or irregularities, violations of rules, violations of the Code of Ethics and in any case violations of corporate procedures and provisions in general.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, the information you provide will be on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

In case your concern is related to a legal audit mandate and if you are not satisfied with the response given by us, you may use the procedure for out-of-court complaint resolution of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF").
