Meet our dynamic HR Team
As part of her Master’s Degree in Business and Management in the Burgundy School of Business, she decided to do an internship within a bank in Luxembourg. Then, she found her first job in the HR department of one of the Big 4 companies where she worked for three years. She joined BDO Luxembourg in 2011 and was dealing mostly with recruitment. During three years, she was responsible for internal Learning & Development projects and also worked externally for clients on their co-funding of training. She is now in charge of HR project management.

An amusing anecdote: “Something that you would never imagine but I used to do tap dancing and I really like it!”
Learning & Development
Claire holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management. As a student, she did an internship as a Human Resources Assistant in a company specialized in the recruitment of engineers and inspectors from the nuclear and petrochemical industry. This first work experience triggered in her a real interest to training management. She joined BDO Luxembourg in January 2017 as a member of the HR team where she is responsible of the internal Learning & Development projects and also works externally for clients on their co-funding request for the training.

An amusing anecdote: “I practiced 10 years of classical piano in a music academy playing Chopin and Mozart sonatas but, to be honest, my heart beats for hard rock!”
After having realized a Master's degree “Management and Business Strategy” within our Recruitment team, Fanny has gained experience as a more generalist HR Officer since October 2018. Her focus is the Audit recruitment for both Juniors and Interns.

An amusing anecdote: "I’m a French rap fan and a perfect freak..."

As part of her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, she joined a bank in Luxembourg as a Recruitment Officer in apprenticeship. Then she did a second apprenticeship in BDO and she hasn’t left since. After having discovered our firm by being part of the Learning & Development Team, she’s now more oriented towards internal and external recruitment for our clients.

After his first experience within the same firm, he decided to join BDO Luxembourg in November 2017 to support the recruitment team.
