Meet our dynamic HR Team
Caroline has over 20 years of HR experience in Luxembourg. She has worked primarily in one of the world's largest manufacturers, then decided to join the HR department of one of the Big 4 companies where she worked for 14 years. She joined BDO Luxembourg in 2012 as the HR Director.
She has multiple roles within BDO Luxembourg, among other HR topics she is responsible for recruitment, HR projects, talent & performance management, learning & development and participate in internal and external communication projects of the company. She is also responsible for HR advisory for external clients.
She has been rewarded “HR manager of the year” in Luxembourg in 2013.
She speaks French, English and have a passive knowledge in German.
An amusing anecdote: “I am a fire-walker: during a 4-day seminar with Tony Robbins I have been mentally prepared to walk fire and I succeeded without any pain thanks to the power of mental!”
Learning & Development
As part as her Master’s Degree in Business and Management in the Burgundy School of Business, she decided to do an internship within a bank in Luxembourg. Then, she found her first job in the HR department of one of the Big 4 companies where she worked for three years. She joined BDO Luxembourg in 2011 and was dealing mostly with recruitment. She is now responsible of the internal Learning & Development projects and also works externally for clients on their co-funding of training. She is also in charge of other HR projects.
Audrey speaks French, English and German.
An amusing anecdote: “Something that you would never imagine but I used to do tap classes and I’m really good at it!”
Talent Acquisition & Development
Anaëlle holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. She joined BDO Luxembourg in 2013 as an intern. Thanks to her dedication and great work, she was offered a permanent contract. Today, she is dealing with the recruitment within the Audit, Tax, CF Funds and Payroll departments. She is also in charge of other HR projects.
Anaëlle speaks French and English.
An amusing anecdote: “I did 17 years of dance, then, I stopped and I became a TV show addict!”
Talent Acquisition & Development
As part of her Master’s Degree in Cross-Cultural and International Management, she joined a consulting firm in Luxembourg for her end-of-studies internship and was part of the recruitment team. After falling in love with Luxembourg, she decided to settle here and found her first job in an external recruitment agency. After a year she decided to explore internal recruitment and joined BDO Luxembourg in 2015, dealing with internal recruitment within the Accounting, Financial Engineering and internal services departments and also external recruitment for clients. She is also in charge of other HR projects.
She speaks French, English, Arabic and Spanish.
An amusing anecdote: “I did 8 years of drama classes, playing different types of roles even a foot lamp!”
